SERVICES WE PROVIDE OUR CLIENTS
We are a full service organization for the entire building envelope which includes Design Assistance, Specifications, Construction Document Review, Pre-Construction Conferences, Site Inspections, Water Infiltration Testing and Infrared Thermography.

DESIGN ASSISTANCE
We will assist in the development of the entire project that relates to the building envelope including the selection of the system and materials to be used.
SPECIFICATIONS
Develop specifications that fully describe the contract document requirements. Specify the appropriate materials, installation and performance requirements to meet local municipality codes.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Review complete bid documents for accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Conduct on-site meetings with interested parties to include ownership representation. Outline quality control measures by contractors, subcontractors and tradesmen.
ON-SITE INSPECTIONS
Conduct third party on-site inspections to verify correct installation in accordance with contract documents, approved drawings, manufacturers' requirements and industry standards.
INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY
WP Consultants can perform certified infrared scans on your facility to determine issues related to water infiltration. Full roofing surveys, electrical inefficiencies, and energy audits can also be performed.
WATER INFILITRATION
TESTING
Perform controlled water testing to ASTM standards to determine the location or cause of water intrusion.
